Room and suite was clean with modern appliances. washer and dryer in suite. Right around the corner from the G train and charming Bed-sty neighborhood. Comfortable and definitely worth staying here for your peace of mind. Josias the house leader was friendly and attentive to my needs. I recommend this place without reservation.

From the first move in day, I was treated with nothing but respect and attentiveness by house leader Virginia. She is literally one text away at all times to take care of any questions/ concerns I had. We had an issue with the washer/dryer which she took care of literally immediately! She got the maintenance guy veto to come in the next day and boom fixed! You can tell she actually cares about the tenants living comfortably, my biggest problem with landlords is usually their lack of communication with tenants when something needs to be fixed but I did not have that problem with Outpost thanks to Virginia.

Stayed here in September 2019. Excellent place in NYC if you're looking for temporary living. Rooms are newly renovated and perfect clean. You have all you might need inside the house: kitchen, laundry and huge living room at the basement floor. Our bedroom even had bathroom inside! You can choose between 2 different subway lines for commuting: G or M/Z lines are within 10 minute of walk and road to Manhattan never takes more than 30 minutes. Great value for money!
